It was an overall good experience.

I brought my truck in for a full service and oil change. I arrived at 7:30am and Willy greeted me and took my truck back immediately. I waited in the waiting area that was clean and tidy. Within 45 minutes my truck was fully serviced and ready to go. Thank you to all the service personnel at DeMontrond for an excellent job.

Great customer service

James always goes the extra mile and explains things in a way I can understand them. There are dealerships closer but I’d rather drive the extra distance because of trust.

My experience the past 2 x visits have been unsatisfactory at best, which was mainly due in part to the actual work performed and not with the office staff. The previous visit, the technician swung open my driver's side door too far in the bay which caused the door to bang into one of the vertical beams in the bay creating a defect to the exterior paint. This past visit, I am certain that the tires weren't rotated as one of my tires has a light leak (loses about 2psi a week) and that tire is still located in the same spot (back left tire). The technician also left a nice little grease/oil stain the inside above the driver side door. I choose to take my vehicle to the dealership for service work and wait a couple of hours with the thought that it would be treated with better care than a normal oil change shop, but after the issues the past 2 x visits, I don't see the advantages of bringing it back to the dealership in the future. I was told that it would take two hours for a oil change I was out in 45 minutes

Showed up early and they took good care of us.

Everyone at Domontrond was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Dylan was very responsive when I called about a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV. He sent me a couple of pictures of the unit and answered all my questions. Curtis even chipped in and helped. I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived and the process was quick and painless. Would recommend Demontrond and Dylan to friends and family 10/10

Rough start with custom build, but Wes is absolutely incredible.

I was pleased as always with the service I received from Customer Service Representative Willie McDowell. But my dissatisfaction on this particular visit was inattention to detail in my 52 point oil change and tire service. I noticed before leaving the parking lot whoever serviced the vehicle and placed the mileage reminder sticker on my window it did not match my odometer and Mr. McDowell corrected that and what was more concerning was a safety issue with one of the tires that was rotated. They put a tire that was completely worn back on and as a result I lost additional patch of tread on driving home from Demontrand to where it could have resulted in a blowout. Once again Mr. McDowell was of great assistance when I safely returned to Demontrond and had the service department put on my spare. I had to go elsewhere to replace the tire for the inconvenience of not being able to get it done there because of the wait time and having to report back to work that evening at 6pm after having had worked all night. That day particular day unfortunately had to have been one of my worst experiences at Demontrond sorry to say

It was not good at all. Had 11am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It was 3:30 pm before I got out of that place. It’s mandatory I get my oil changed at the dealer for the warranty. This is absolutely unacceptable amount of time.

Prompt service. Had an appointment and was assisted as soon as I got there.

Ryan is a good person and salesman. The whole process only took a few hours. I would buy a car from them again, but not for a while.

They have had my new Truck longer than I have took it in for repair on a harness that caused the check engine light to come on and transmission not to shift proprerly day and a half same issue took it back still in the shop they said chevy said they could only repair the harness instead of replacing it because chevy wouldnt pay for it nit a happy camper with Chevy or Demontrond at thus point

Jasmine was our salesperson and she was wonderful, Bailey got us hooked up with insurance and Ryan was our Finance magician. Everybody was friendly but professional. Jasmine was a hoot and listened to what we wanted and needed and was able to deliver. Loved the experience.

My daughters trail blazer was fixed and quite prompt Oil change tire rotation and the cluster was updated My only issue was the paper work showed the cars repair was completed at 9am But no one called to let us know I finally called at 3:30 to check on the car and was told it was ready Overall I know things happen Thanks CHEVY DEALERS

They took my vehicle back shortly after I arrived and replaced my battery on my truck.

The service is fine, but we made an appointment and had to wait one hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. Something needs to be done regarding the wait time for simple oil changes.

The service advisor at the front desk needs more help. He is jungle so many task that he often have to put the customer in front of him on hold for a significant amount of time. Consider hiring a person to take and make phone call so that the service advisor can give their undivided attention to the customer in front of him. Everything else was great.

There are several inexplicable delays that significantly slowed things down, such not providing enough information upfront about how long a money wire would take to be available and taking more than a couple of hours to get the proper license plate so I could depart. Otherwise, my man Denzel was fabulous. He spent more than a full day with me, trying to make sure that things went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did everything he could to make my extended stay at the dealership pleasant.

I didn’t like the fact the they charge me 33 dollars xtra cause I didn’t fix my truck there while I pay 165 for the check and I’m okay with it paying the 165 for the service I just didn’t like that I pay those 33 dollars more just because I didn’t did the service there.

Easy peasey. Ali was not pushy and very informative about the vehicle. From the receptionist to last hand shake from Manager. Did however encounter moisture in all 4 front head lights. Ali set us up with service tech. Ser ice adviser reached out and we calledback thre times now with no callback for an appointment Hopefully this is settled soon. Sales experience was excellent.

I love that there was no pressure on buying. They worked with me to try to get me as close as possible to what I’m comfortable on paying a month. Everything went smoothly.

It took several tries to get someone to answer the phone as 0ur messages went unreturned. After dropping the car off, had to call to check on it the next day because nobody ever called us. We paid for an oil change and noticed after we had picked it up and driven away that they didn't fill the windshield washer fluid. Demontrond Chevrolet service department used to be so good. I don't know what happened.

I had an appointment for an oil change. online the price was in the $50.00 range in person it was $110.00. The oil change took over 2 hours. I spoke to individuals that came in without an appointment get serviced and leave before me. Not sure I will be back.

I worked with Jake Messenger and he was absolutely awesome. He’s friendly and professional. He was the major reason I bought my vehicle at DeMontrond even though I had shopped other dealers.

I was able to get my car in for an oil change very quickly. Brought it in the very next day, and didn’t take long to do everything needed to do. We always talk to Willie, and he’s so great to help.

I was not fully satisfied with the service provided by Walter and Will. However, Christian did an excellent job and took the initiative to move things forward. Additionally, Will provided inaccurate information regarding the status of an email to my loan officer and mentioned that he was unable to obtain a buyer's purchase due to his computer being down for a day and a half. The gentleman that helped us with our onstar was very friendly.
