Friendly employees, service was faster than expected!

They have had my new Truck longer than I have took it in for repair on a harness that caused the check engine light to come on and transmission not to shift proprerly day and a half same issue took it back still in the shop they said chevy said they could only repair the harness instead of replacing it because chevy wouldnt pay for it nit a happy camper with Chevy or Demontrond at thus point

They took my vehicle back shortly after I arrived and replaced my battery on my truck.

The work was done well but I had scheduled a noon appointment and had to wait 4 hours because the time was not honored. I can't do that again - then I will have to use another company!

I didn’t like the fact the they charge me 33 dollars xtra cause I didn’t fix my truck there while I pay 165 for the check and I’m okay with it paying the 165 for the service I just didn’t like that I pay those 33 dollars more just because I didn’t did the service there.

Easy peasey. Ali was not pushy and very informative about the vehicle. From the receptionist to last hand shake from Manager. Did however encounter moisture in all 4 front head lights. Ali set us up with service tech. Ser ice adviser reached out and we calledback thre times now with no callback for an appointment Hopefully this is settled soon. Sales experience was excellent.

I had an appointment for an oil change. online the price was in the $50.00 range in person it was $110.00. The oil change took over 2 hours. I spoke to individuals that came in without an appointment get serviced and leave before me. Not sure I will be back.

The service adviser never answered his phone and would not return messages. I had to drive to the dealership to make an appointment for service.

Devin worked hard to find the car we wanted. He is very personable, we liked him a lot. Your dealership is clean, well arranged, and we enjoyed your coffee bar. We were very pleased with our experience at your dealership

I love that there was no pressure on buying. They worked with me to try to get me as close as possible to what I’m comfortable on paying a month. Everything went smoothly.

It took several tries to get someone to answer the phone as 0ur messages went unreturned. After dropping the car off, had to call to check on it the next day because nobody ever called us. We paid for an oil change and noticed after we had picked it up and driven away that they didn't fill the windshield washer fluid. Demontrond Chevrolet service department used to be so good. I don't know what happened.

Had a 9am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. A 3 hour time span for the job is unacceptable. I plan to find a new source to do the work.

I was charged more for the vehicle than the MSRP price & charged with a very high interest rate for a person with a high credit score like me. The Chevrolet Trax that I purchased has not got a gas cap on it, so the engine light stays on. The driver side seat does not pump up at all. I feel like a small person trying to look over, or through the steering wheel. Whoever designed this vehicle is an idiot. I took it to the dealership about the light & was told it would go off after i filled it back up & it didn't work. The engine light is still on !

Nobody in the service department seems like they care at all. The good people that work there always leave. Must be a management issue.

We’ve got in and out quickly, the issue came when we were told we would need to pay over $1000.00 for a rotor and break job. I called my base certified mechanic and he quoted 400.00

Courtious and professional service. I would have given 5 stars , but simple oil change took 2 hours.

I brought my car in for service. I was told there was 4 thi gs wrong and it would be 1400 to fix. I said I didn't have it and asked what were the most urgent things. I was told 2 things and it would be a little over 1100. I agreed to those 2 things. I got a call back a few days later saying I needed a transmission. I asked why wasn't I told this before hand. I was told that it was the same problems that could causing the issue. I was asked if I had a warranty. I stated that I have the forever warranty because I bought the vehicle brand new from there. She said she would have to see if they would cover ot. A few days later- I get a call saying it was declined. I asked why she said because I missed getting an oil change. I told her that I only got an oil change one time somewhere else because they didn't have any appointments and it was due and I needed to get it changed. She asked if I had called and informed them that I was getting the oil changed somewhere else. I replied no, because I wasn't told that I had to. I was only told that I had to get it done. I paid almost 30,000 for this car and the first major problem that I have and you will not honor your warranty. I don't think that is right. Bow i am stuck trying to figure out how to pay for a transmission aver paying 1200 dollars for something else that i was told was wrong. Why wasn't i told that there was a few things that could be causing the issue. I have been a loyal customer. I have bought 3 new vehicles from demontrond and I get treated like this?

Great service I’ve had my car in the north freeway store 3 times, same problem… they couldn’t fix it. Then I took it to your shop in Texas City, and it’s fixed in 2 days!!! Great front service people too!!

I love the Auto Repair Department, Mr Micheal Olivo, and Ms Bobby Jo. They truly care about their customers I was in an accident October 2025, Then again June 4 2026. Both times it was not my fault. Demontrond, repaired my truck in a timely manner. I will NOT take my vehicles to any other Dealership for maintenance or repairs. Mr Willie was my go to person in the service dept. He now works in the Parts Dept I will be using Ms Casey in the service dept in the near future

I worked with Jake Messenger and he was absolutely awesome. He’s friendly and professional. He was the major reason I bought my vehicle at DeMontrond even though I had shopped other dealers.

I was able to get my car in for an oil change very quickly. Brought it in the very next day, and didn’t take long to do everything needed to do. We always talk to Willie, and he’s so great to help.

I was not fully satisfied with the service provided by Walter and Will. However, Christian did an excellent job and took the initiative to move things forward. Additionally, Will provided inaccurate information regarding the status of an email to my loan officer and mentioned that he was unable to obtain a buyer's purchase due to his computer being down for a day and a half. The gentleman that helped us with our onstar was very friendly.

Jasmine was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt to my initial requests for information on the car and provided the needed pricing information. She was a pleasure to work with.

For the past 1.5 years, it takes an average of an hour and a half for an oil change and that’s if you make an appointment. There are times I’ve had to call multiple times to schedule an appointment. Leaving a message does no good since no one ever calls you back.

Having a service check should have included tires being checked. I had a road trip to do the next day so I had my vehicle serviced I had hoped.well checking my tires the next morning they were all at 31 pounds and I had to go discount tires to have air pressure added. Is this the service that you give to loyal customers now.Is it about doing a service for money? So do I and maybe other loyal customers need to inquire elsewhere? Doris Woodland

Paint and body shop repainted hood and fender due to paint imperfections

I had my 2022 GMC truck in there for a recall and the "Shift to Park" issue that just about all GM trucks have. I was never told there is a deductible for the extended the warranty. No phone call, nothing!

Couldn’t find the reason my 2022 Tahoe battery drains randomly

Kaysey got me in and out quickly without any issues.

The Dealership kept me informed of all the progress containing getting my vehicle back on the road. Kaysey was such a big help, even with been busy trying to work with all the other customers. Only issues I have is the Forever Warranty Program, its a rip off and misleading to the customers.

There are several inexplicable delays that significantly slowed things down, such not providing enough information upfront about how long a money wire would take to be available and taking more than a couple of hours to get the proper license plate so I could depart. Otherwise, my man Denzel was fabulous. He spent more than a full day with me, trying to make sure that things went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did everything he could to make my extended stay at the dealership pleasant.

The salesman told Me one price, & after I got out of the Boiler Room with Your associate from South America the price went up $3000 for the Vehicle, & the interest rates went up 3%, needless to say, I am not a satisfied customer.

Brought in my 2018 diesel (124K mileage) Equinox, which had only dealership work done on it, to a dealership with a check engine light on. Was told it was the catalytic converter and I agree to have it replaced. Then I was informed the part was no longer available in the country. GM had decided not to make them. But they would be happy to see me a new SUV with a great warranty. What good is a warranty if parts are not available. I will never purchase a GM/Chev vehicle again. I feel sorry for the service department employees at the dealership whom have been stained by the lack of foresight of company management. i believe the truly did a diligent search of inventory for the part.

The service is fine, but we made an appointment and had to wait one hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. Something needs to be done regarding the wait time for simple oil changes.

The service advisor at the front desk needs more help. He is jungle so many task that he often have to put the customer in front of him on hold for a significant amount of time. Consider hiring a person to take and make phone call so that the service advisor can give their undivided attention to the customer in front of him. Everything else was great.

asked to check fluid if wipers because didn'td I agree that GM or the dealership can publish my response nt do last two time, Its empty after one use since oil change same as last time. Tire pressure is 70 in front 60 in rear. Not good

Vehicle has an issue that I was told not only by GM, but by the service advisor, that the issue (as was noted by the code sent by Onstar) is a recall issue. The vehicle had been in the possession of DeMontrond (both the service department and the body shop) for nearly 4 weeks. As anyone I have relayed this issue I am having has said "why didn't they take care of it while they had it"? And the only excuse I have been given is they couldn't address it until there was a problem. To me, this is reactive. Not proactive.

Mechanic didn’t use any protection on my vehicle from him. He got in my brand new vehicle dirty when I got to my vehicle after he was done with my oil change my seat was dirty. My steering wheel had fingerprints all over it. My seats were not covered with plastic protection, which is available right there in the front door of the service department. I don’t even let my grandson get in my vehicle with a drink or food and for the mechanic not to be aware of my brand new vehicle or care about getting it dirty is something that I will never overlook. Very disappointed!

Well I asked your service manager about my 2 remaining oil changes on my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado and if I could transfer them to my 2018 traverse and I'm still waiting for an answer. All I want is to be refunded or the oil changes remaining transferred
